At Infinity Projectors your satisfaction with our GOBO projectors is our top priority. This guide outlines our policies regarding refunds and returns. Please read the following details carefully to understand how we handle different scenarios related to your purchases.


Warranty Coverage

At Infinity Projectors, we are proud to offer a 1-year warranty on all our products. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and ensures that your projector performs as expected.

What’s Covered:

  • Defects in equipment that affect the functionality of the projector.

  • What’s Not Covered:

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper use of the equipment.
  • Issues resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Normal wear and tear from regular use.

    How To Claim Warranty

    1. Handling Defective or Damaged Products

    – Issue Reporting: In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is defective or damaged, we encourage you to contact us immediately. Please provide clear photos of the projector projecting the image, so we can clearly see what the issue is and report it within 7 days of receipt.
    – Resolution: Upon verifying the issue, we will ship a replacement order for you or, if you prefer, and arrange return shipping for the faulty item assuming that the issue is legitimate. Refunds will not be made until we can verify that the issue is legitimate. 

    If your projector has an issue, you can send it back to us for inspection and repair.

    • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping the projector to us.
    • If No Issue is Found: If the projector is confirmed to be working upon inspection, a 25% restocking fee will apply if you choose to return it, or you may choose to pay for return shipping to have the projector sent back to you.
    • Repair Fees: Repairs for manufacturing defects under warranty are free. For out-of-warranty or user-caused damage, repair fees may apply, and we will provide a quote before proceeding.
    2. Addressing Items Lost in Transit

    – Shipping Agreement: By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and accept our estimated shipping times. While we strive for timely delivery, please note that factors such as customs inspections may occasionally cause unforeseen delays.
    – Excessive Delay: If your order’s shipping duration exceeds our stated time frame by more than 10 business days, please notify us. We are committed to resolving such issues by either dispatching a replacement order or initiating a full refund.We can not be responsible to refund or reship an item due to delays or loss with the shipping carrier, however, we can initiate the claims process immediately to assist with the quickest possible resolution.

    3. Returns Policy

    At Infinity Projectors we are committed to ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected. For such instances, we have outlined our return policy for projectors below:

    **Standard Projector Returns:**

    • – **Restocking Fee:** There will be a 25% restocking fee for any returned projectors.
    • – **Condition of Return:** The projector must be returned in its original packaging and should be undamaged. Please ensure that all components, accessories, and manuals are included.
    • – **Return Process:** To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@infinityprojectors.com. They will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. We will not accept returns without prior communication and approval. 
    • Returns are not accepted after 21 days from the date of delivery.

    **Custom Orders:**

    • – **Non-Refundable:** Please note that any purchases that include custom items, such as custom GOBOs or any customization of the projector itself, are non-refundable.
    • – **Quality Guarantee:** While these custom orders are non-refundable, we assure the highest quality and workmanship. If there are any issues with the quality of your custom order, please contact our customer service for assistance.
