How To Claim Warranty
1. Issue Reporting:
Issue Reporting:
If you receive a product that appears defective or damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. All claims must include clear photo and videos showing the projector in operation, including the projected image and the issue being experienced. This documentation is required for us to properly diagnose the problem. Claims submitted without sufficient visual proof may not be eligible for review.
Troubleshooting & Parts Replacement:
After reviewing your submission, we will determine the cause of the issue. In most cases, we will first provide replacement parts or guided troubleshooting, as many issues can be resolved quickly without returning the projector.
Return Authorization Policy:
Returns are strictly by authorization only. Customers may not send products back without prior written approval from our team. We reserve the right to deny any return that has not gone through our review and authorization process. A return will only be considered after troubleshooting and replacement parts have been attempted, if applicable.
Repair, Replacement, or Refund:
If the issue cannot be resolved through parts or troubleshooting, and we verify a legitimate defect, we may authorize a return for inspection. Upon confirmation of the issue, we will proceed with repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
Shipping & Inspection Terms:
Customers are responsible for shipping the unit to us unless otherwise stated. If a returned unit is inspected and found to be fully functional with no verified defect, a 25% restocking fee will apply if you choose to return the item, or you may pay for return shipping to have it sent back.
Repair Fees:
Repairs for verified manufacturing defects under warranty are free. For out-of-warranty issues or user-caused damage, repair fees may apply. We will always provide a quote for approval before proceeding.
2. Addressing Items Lost in Transit
– Shipping Agreement: By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and accept
our estimated shipping times. While we strive for timely delivery, please note
that factors such as customs inspections may occasionally cause unforeseen delays.
– Excessive Delay: If your order’s shipping duration exceeds our stated time
frame by more than 10 business days, please notify us. We are committed to
resolving such issues by either dispatching a replacement order or
initiating a full refund.We can not be responsible to refund or reship
an item due to delays or loss with the shipping carrier, however, we can initiate
the claims process immediately to assist with the quickest possible resolution.

**Standard Projector Returns:**
- – **Restocking Fee:** There will be a 25% restocking fee for any returned projectors.
- – **Condition of Return:** The projector must be returned in its original packaging and should be undamaged. Please ensure that all components, accessories, and manuals are included.

Returns are not accepted after 21 days from the date of delivery.
**Custom Orders:**
