Wattage is your projector's muscle. The brighter your space (or the farther the projector sits from the wall), the more wattage you want. A 35–80W projector is perfect for shaded or indoor spots; step up to 200W+ for big, bright, or long-throw outdoor projection. When in doubt, size up — you can always dim, but you can't add brightness later. Not sure? For the crispest image, aim the projector straight at the surface. Mounted at an angle instead (common when it's on a wall or pole above eye level) is totally fine — but past roughly a 25° angle, the image starts to skew into a trapezoid instead of a rectangle, and the sharper the angle, the more it skews. Most installs never hit that. If yours is a steep angle, optional keystone correction pre-shapes your gobo so the projected image lands square — it's a paid add-on you request separately (with your throw distance and angle), not something every projector gets automatically.

Your projector ships with a single lens that casts one image. The lens "throw ratio" decides how big that image is for a given distance — a lower number (e.g. 0.2) makes a large image from up close, a higher number (e.g. 1.0) makes a tighter image from farther back. The math is simple: image width = throw distance × lens ratio. A 0.33 lens at 25 ft throws a ~8.25 ft image (25 × 0.33); the same lens at 10 ft throws a ~3.3 ft image (10 × 0.33). Every projector includes a reliable standard power supply rated up to ~30,000 hours. The upgraded option steps up to a Mean Well supply — the industry-standard name in LED power, known for stability under heat and constant duty cycles. Real-world life depends on a few variables, not just the spec sheet: running 24/7 vs. a few hours a night, indoor vs. outdoor heat exposure, and how consistently it's powered on/off all shorten or extend actual lifespan. If you're running long days, year-round, or in tough outdoor conditions, the upgrade adds real headroom. Select it in the configurator under "Power Supply Upgrade."

Heads-up so nothing slows you down on day one: the included remote control uses a 23A 12V battery, which doesn't ship in the box (shipping regulations on loose batteries). Grab one before it arrives and you'll be ready to go the moment your projector shows up.

Every projector comes with 2 free custom gobos (your logo, precision-cut), a remote control, a power cord, and mounting hardware. Add more gobos, lens packages, longer cords, or accessories any time in the configurator.

Most of our indoor-rated projectors are already IP65 waterproof, so a bit of rain, dust or a splash isn't a problem for the unit itself. What still needs protecting is the power connection — that's what the Outdoor Waterproof Timer (auto on/off at dusk and close) and the Waterproof Switch Cover (seals the plug from rain and dust) are for. Add either right on the projector page.
