How much is a point worth?
Every 100 points is worth $2 in account credit — so points are worth about 2¢ each, and you earn 1 point for every $1 you spend. Redeem in $2 increments at checkout.
How much of an order can I pay with points?
Up to 10% of the order total. Points are a thank-you on top of a fair price, not a substitute for one — so on a $400 order the most points will take off is $40. Whatever you do not use stays on your account.
When do I start earning?
When your first order ships. Creating an account is free, but points are for customers — they are earned by buying, reviewing, and sharing photos and videos of your projection.
Do points expire?
Yes — points expire after 12 months without an order, and any order resets the clock. We will email you before anything expires, and nothing expires until at least 30 days after we publish this policy so you have time to use what you have.
How do referrals work?
Share your unique link. When a friend places their first order using it, they get $8.88 off and you get $8.88 in credit once their order ships. It goes up from there: $18.88 for your 2nd through 4th, $28.88 for your 5th through 9th, and $38.88 for your 10th and every one after. There is no limit — but a referral only pays once your friend has actually bought.
Do the tiers earn points faster?
No. Every member earns at the same rate. The tiers unlock perks — early access, a free gobo upgrade, priority support, free shipping — not extra points.
