At Infinity Projectors, we work hard to get your projectors and gobos to you quickly and safely. Please review our shipping details below.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Custom gobo orders (glass or metal) may require an additional 3–5 business days for production.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on the size and weight of your order. Estimated transit times after shipment:
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee)
- Overnight / Next-Day: Contact us at info@infinityprojectors.com before ordering to arrange.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and selected shipping speed. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — check our homepage for current offers.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier's website.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date at info@infinityprojectors.com. Please retain all original packaging and take photos of any damage — we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to select countries. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times vary by destination.
