Plan your warehouse safety lines to scale
Put laser lines and projected safety signs on a real warehouse floor, set the mounting height, and see each line's length, how many units you need and the price, before you buy.
Planning a whole warehouse? Just describe it.
Tell our AI planner what you need to mark: aisles, walkways, crosswalks, dock doors, signs. It asks a few questions, lays it out to scale on the floor plan and builds your quote. Or start from a template below and drag things into place yourself.
Estimates only. Line lengths, sizes, unit counts and prices here are planning estimates. Our final recommendation is based on your actual site: mounting height and distance, ambient light, and floor color and finish.
Set the scale. Drag the dashed line to where the floor meets the far wall (eye level). Then drag the two dots to the ends of something you know that runs left to right across the floor, like an aisle or a dock door.
Sample photos are scaled from typical rack spacing, so lengths on them are close but not exact. For exact scale, use a photo of your own floor.

About your site. Final results depend on the conditions in your facility: mounting height, ambient light, floor color and finish, and the distance each line has to cover. We'll help you confirm the setup before you order, and we're happy to adjust the plan after a test at your site.
How the line length works
A laser line projector is not a gobo projector: line length = mounting height × the unit's ratio. A 30W or 40W (1:4) mounted 20 ft up draws an 80 ft line. Divide the run by that, round up, and you have the unit count. A line is brightest at its narrowest, and the higher it mounts the wider and dimmer it lands. Class 3B laser: mount overhead, aimed down at the floor.
