Mounting height sets the image size: the sign's width is the lens number times the height — with a 0.33 lens, a projector 20 feet up makes a marking about 6.6 feet across. Brightness has to match the height too: in a well-lit warehouse, plan on roughly 100–120W at 16 feet, 120–150W at 20 feet, and 200–300W around 26 feet so markings stay vivid instead of washed out.
