The Infinity PowerPrince is an outdoor gobo logo projector that puts a business's logo or message on a wall, floor, ceiling or sidewalk, in full color, from a sealed IP65 cast-aluminum fixture. It comes in 35W to 120W (about 3,250 to 11,750 lumens) with a 0.33 lens, which makes an image about 3.3 ft wide from 10 ft away, and suits throws of roughly 10 to 23 ft in average evening light. Every unit includes two free full-color custom gobos, switches between spin and static on the remote, and plugs into a standard 85–265V outlet.
This is the outdoor logo projector most businesses actually need. Picking a projector isn't about what kind of building you have — it's about distance, and the PowerPrince is built for the shorter distances most jobs actually run at. A wall across the patio, an entrance, a storefront from the parking lot, a lobby floor: if the projector is landing somewhere in the 10–25 ft range, this is the one. It's IP65 rated so it can live outside year-round, and a lot of our customers run it indoors too. Run your logo spinning so it catches the eye, or hold it static and razor sharp — both modes are built in and you switch between them on the remote. Starts at $348.88, comes with two full-color custom gobos, and runs 8–10 hours a day on an LED rated up to 50,000 hours.
There's no sign to fabricate, no permit for a billboard, and nothing bolted to your wall. Just your brand in light, on a surface you already own, and you can change it in minutes. Join The Projection Revolution ∞
Lighting a whole building front from way back? Go up to the Infinity Titan or the high-wattage range. Short throw in a small, dim room? An indoor projector will do it for less. The PowerPrince sits in between — outdoor rated, bright enough for commercial use, sized for shorter distances.
And "outdoor" doesn't mean outdoor only. Plenty of PowerPrinces end up inside — lobbies, venues, showrooms, ballrooms, warehouses, anywhere a room is big or bright enough that an indoor unit doesn't have the punch. An outdoor-rated projector works indoors with no issue at all. You're just buying a tougher, brighter unit than the room strictly requires, which is why it's also the one to get if it might move outside later.
It's a single-lens projector, so it shows one design at a time. If you want the image to change on its own, our multi-gobo projectors hold four, six, or eight designs in one housing and rotate through them — your logo, a seasonal design, and a promotion all running from one unit without anybody touching it. For moving effects instead of logos — snowfall, water ripple, drifting light — look at the special-effect range.
Spin mode turns the projection slowly and continuously, and movement is what makes people look up: a pattern turning across a dance floor, light drifting over a patio, your logo catching somebody's eye from across the parking lot. Static mode holds the design perfectly still, which is what you want when the logo has to read clean. Both are built into every PowerPrince and you switch on the remote, so the same unit works for a law office at 6pm and a nightclub at midnight.
There's a simple formula behind it:
Projection distance × lens size = projection size
Change the lens and you change the size of the projection without moving the projector an inch. Tap a lens below.
Lens · then units
Best for: Tight and concentrated — a door, a sign panel, a table
Best for: Most storefronts, patios and entrances
Best for: A wider wall or a bigger floor area
Best for: Broad wall coverage from a close mount
Best for: A large surface when the projector has to stay close
Best for: Image roughly as wide as the throw distance
There's also a 1.4 lens, but it comes with a rule. It spreads the light wider than anything else we make, so we only recommend it in dark settings at distances under 15 ft — a tight courtyard, a low ceiling, an unlit wall you can't back away from. Past 15 ft, or anywhere with real ambient light, it spreads the light too thin and the projection washes out. If that's your situation, talk to us first and we'll tell you straight whether the 1.4 is right for the spot.
That range is the whole reason lenses matter. A courtyard where the projector can only sit 15 ft off the wall can still put up a 15 ft image with a wide lens, and a long approach can be tightened down to a crisp 4 ft mark with a narrow one. The lens guide covers each one in detail.
A note on longer distances. The formula keeps working at 40, 50, 60 ft and beyond, but the light has farther to travel and spreads wider by the time it lands, so it gets there weaker. Those distances are great in genuinely dark settings — an unlit wall, a quiet courtyard, a rural property — where a projection pops hardest anyway. In a lit parking lot or on a busy street, going that far back with this model usually disappoints. That's what the high-wattage range is for. Send us your distance and we'll tell you honestly which side of that line you're on.
Here's the part most people miss: a wider lens doesn't add light, it just spreads the same light over more area. So a bigger projection normally needs a step up in wattage to stay sharp. Lens and wattage get picked together, and that's something we do with you before you order.
If it's a fixed, permanent install, one lens matched to that distance is all you need. If the projector moves — multiple rooms, several locations, event and rental work, seasonal changes — a lens package gives you a set, so the same projector resizes to each spot instead of you buying a second unit.
Keep the projector within about 30 degrees of straight-on to the surface and the image stays square with sharp edges. Push much past that and it starts to stretch — a circle turns into an egg. When the building fixes the angle for you on a permanent install, keystone correction squares the image back up. The keystone guide walks through how it works and when you need it.
Three things decide it, and they work together:
The darker the setting, the less wattage you need — and the more the projection pops. That's the one rule worth remembering. Your projection is competing with every other light hitting that surface, so on a dark wall down a side street even modest wattage looks brilliant and the colors come through deep and saturated. Put that same image on a wall washed out by a parking lot pole and it fades — not because the projector got weaker, but because the wall is already lit.
It runs the other way too: the lighter the setting, the more wattage it takes to make the projection pop. Same image, same distance, completely different power requirement. This is the number one reason a projector disappoints somebody — it got specced for the wall, not for the light on the wall. It's also the cheapest upgrade you've got: pick the darkest surface on the property and you'll often need less projector than you thought.
Change any one of the three and the answer changes. The Wattage Finder takes all three and gives you the minimum wattage that will hold up at your site.
A gobo is the small glass disc that carries your design. Two full-color custom gobos come with the projector, made from your artwork — your logo in your actual colors, not a one-color stencil. You can order more gobos any time, before or long after the projector shows up, and swapping one takes a couple of minutes. That's the real difference between a projector and a sign: your logo year-round, a holiday design in December, a sponsor's mark for one weekend, all out of the same unit.
Two ways to get your design made, and neither one asks you to be a designer:
That second way is how most of our customers do it, and it costs nothing extra. If your logo needs work to project cleanly — fine detail that would disappear at scale, colors that need separating — we'll handle it and show you the result.
Wattage 35W–120W · lens choice and additional lenses · cord length cut for your mounting point · upgraded power supply where the site calls for it · extra remotes · extra custom gobos. Covering several areas? Projector packages bundle multiple units.
Restaurants, bars and nightclubs — patio walls, dance floors, entrances. Retail storefronts — sidewalk branding and seasonal windows. Hotels — lobbies and event branding that changes with the booking. Property — "now leasing" across the front of the building. Churches and events — building fronts, plazas, sponsor marks. Corporate — the company mark after dark. Also warehouse safety, weddings, and civic.
Most people point the projector at the front of the building and stop there. That works, and it's also the least interesting thing you can do with it. The installs that get photographed and shared are almost always somewhere nobody thought to look:
And it doesn't have to be your logo. The same projector puts up directional arrows for an event, a countdown, a "welcome back" for a client who's coming in, a sponsor's mark for one night, table numbers on a floor, or a question mark on a wall three days before you launch something. Swap the gobo and it's a completely different idea.
Walk your property after dark and look for the surface nobody uses — and pay attention to which corners are the darkest, because that's where a projection reads strongest. The dimmest wall you've got is usually the best canvas you've got. Join The Projection Revolution ∞
"We just received the 3rd 100W gobo projector. It's honestly been great. We installed a digital timer on our breaker so we have it turning on and off automatically every day. Works like a charm."
Yes. Every unit is manufactured with a wide-voltage input of 110–240V AC, so it runs on standard US 120V mains straight out of the box — and on 220–240V anywhere else in the world without a converter. If you have seen figures like 24–36V or 165–265V on a spec sheet, those describe the driver's internal DC output, not the voltage at your wall.
It starts at $348.88 and moves with the wattage, lens, and options you pick. Two full-color custom gobos are included no matter how you configure it.
Three things decide it: how far back the projector sits, how big the image needs to be, and how much light is already in the area. The darker the setting the less wattage you need — and the more the projection pops. The lighter the setting, the more wattage it takes to cut through. A dark wall at short range needs far less than a big image under parking lot lighting. The Wattage Finder gives you the minimum for your conditions.
Distance and lens set it together — projection distance × lens size = projection size. This model ships with the 0.33 lens, and we also stock 0.2, 0.5, 0.65, 0.9 and 1.0, so from one mounting point 20 ft back you can put up anything from about 4 ft to about 20 ft. There's a 1.4 as well, but only for dark settings under 15 ft. Keep in mind that a wider lens spreads the same light over more area, so a bigger projection normally needs more wattage to stay sharp — we size the two together.
Only in dark settings, at distances under 15 ft — a tight courtyard, a low ceiling, an unlit wall you can't back away from. It spreads the light wider than any other lens we make, so past 15 ft or anywhere with real ambient light the projection washes out. Tell us the spot and we'll tell you if the 1.4 fits it.
Static holds the design still and sharp. Spin turns it slowly and continuously. Both are built into every PowerPrince and you switch on the remote — it's a setting, not a different product. Static is for logos and wayfinding; spin is for dance floors, patios, and anywhere movement earns you attention.
8 to 10 hours a day, every day. The LED is rated up to 50,000 hours, so nightly operation is measured in years. A lot of customers add a timer or a photocell so it turns itself on at dusk.
It's built for year-round outdoor use in normal commercial climates — summer heat and freezing nights included. What matters more is that it's a real IP65 outdoor unit and not an indoor projector someone put outside. If your environment is unusual — desert heat, coastal salt air, deep freeze — tell us and we'll confirm the specs.
Yes. IP65 means it's built for permanent outdoor installation. The units that fail outdoors are indoor projectors tucked under an overhang, where moisture gets to them eventually.
Yes — an outdoor-rated projector works indoors with no issue. If the install is only ever indoors and short range, an indoor projector costs less. The PowerPrince earns its price outdoors, or in big or brightly lit indoor spaces.
Within about 30 degrees of straight-on keeps the image square with sharp edges. Past that it starts to stretch. On permanent installs where the building decides the angle for you, keystone correction squares it back up.
One lens for a fixed permanent install. A lens package when the projector moves around — multiple rooms, several locations, event work — because it resizes the projection at each spot without a second unit.
Yes to both. The two included custom gobos are full color from your own artwork, and you can order more any time. Changing one takes a couple of minutes.
No. Send whatever logo file you've got — a print logo, a sign file, even a photo of your existing signage — and we'll set the gobo artwork up for you at no extra cost, then send a proof for you to approve before anything gets made. If the design needs work to project cleanly, we'll handle that and show you the result. You can also build it yourself in the Gobo Designer if you'd rather.
Restaurants, bars and nightclubs, hotels, retail storefronts, parking lots and entrances, churches, event venues, apartment and community properties, and municipal sites. If you've got a surface and a reason for people to notice you, it works.
If you own it or lease it, there's nothing to arrange. Projecting onto a structure you don't control needs the owner's permission, and some municipalities have sign or lighting rules for large projections.
Custom designs get drawn, proofed, and produced before we ship, so order ahead of a dated event. Stock designs ship faster if you're short on time.
It's how we think about light as a medium. A printed sign says one thing forever, costs money every time you change it, and ends up in a dumpster. A projector puts your brand on a wall, a floor, or a sidewalk in full color, and then it's something else entirely in the time it takes to swap a small glass disc. Your logo tonight, a holiday design in December, a sponsor's mark for one weekend, a message for a grand opening. Same hardware, no printing, nothing thrown away. Every business lighting up a surface nobody else thought to use is part of it. Join The Projection Revolution ∞
The PowerPrince is for storefronts, patios, entrances, and courtyards. Go with the Titan for a whole building front from a long way back, or a big surface fighting heavy ambient light.
